Stay here. The hotel clerks warmly welcomed me and provided me with information about the property. Check-in was fast and efficient.

Nice valet parking staff. The evening social was pleasant. Relax and enjoy. The common areas were filthy and smelled like dog urine.

Book it. The housekeeper discarded my daughter’s retainers that were on the countertop. The hotel employees were helpful. We heard two women screaming at night for about a half hour, even though we’d called security. It was an unpleasant experience. Parking was limited. Stay more than one night. The hotel was clean, and the employees were pleasant and helpful.

Only one of the two elevators was working. The hotel was a bit noisy one night because of trucks making deliveries, but it was fine the other nights.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well-run, and everything was done safely. The walls needed painting, and the framing around the bathroom mirror was dirty.

The pillows were too small for the king bed. Great location. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Definitely stay here. I loved everything and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel appeared fairly old, but was well-kept. The room was cramped but clean, and the bed could’ve been more comfortable. The room was nicely appointed, and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel could get loud on weekends, but it’s great if you like to stay up late. The location was perfect for sightseeing on foot. Breakfast was great. Stay as long as you can. Get there early, though, since parking isn’t great. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and had a rich history. Lots of nostalgia. The staff was friendly.

Don’t rent a car since parking is expensive in the historic district; take an airport taxi to the hotel. We didn’t know where to park, or where to park while unloading, and it caused some anxiety. The area behind the sofa needed cleaning. I recommend staying here. The hotel was nice, clean, and close to everything.

Rooms on Bay Street were extremely noisy. Breakfast was a little pricey, though. Stay at this hotel. Room was newly remodeled and had a nice view, but seemed too small for the price.

Great amenities. Lovely accommodations and an excellent, warm greeting from the front desk clerk. We enjoyed our stay. The river view was awesome; I saw big ships right outside the window.

Walk to restaurants. No pool, and parking was expensive. This hotel is worth a stay for the view alone. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot of parking on-site; we had to park at a garage across the street. I’d definitely stay again. The hotel employees were so nice and helpful.
