Show more. I and my family had a amazing stay at tunnel rd ashville location of Fairfield inn and suite. When we reserve for the very first time to stay at this location we made our mind that whenever we visit ashville this is the best property to stay.

Firstly and main reason is All staff member are very friendly, helpful and politely address you. Very well maintained property. Clean and very nice breakfast. Amazing amazing stay. Thanks to all staff members for giving us best customer service. I booked this hotel through an on-line booking so I was not familiar with this chain but it had good rating and good price. We could not have been happier from our greeting from the young man at the front desk, to be told we had been upgraded free of charge to suite, and then find our sweet really nice with a great view!

Totally comfortable in every way. Clean and welcoming and very close and easy to get to Biltmore Estate! We will definitely stay here again! We loved our stay at this hotel. It was so quiet and really comfortable. So nice to be out of the crazy of downtown. Breakfast was great and sure helped get you moving in the morning! Very clean, comfortable hotel, walking distance to outlet stores.

Restaurants and fast food close by. Decent breakfast in a very welcoming space. No carpet in rooms, so very clean and modern. Staff at desk were pleasant and efficient! Would definitely stay here again. Hampton Inn Asheville-Tunnel Road. My husband and I came to Asheville for a little getaway. We are Hilton honors members and stay exclusively with Hilton. This has been, by far, our favorite hampton inn. Our favorite parts were that there was a stunningly relaxing indoor pool and jacuzzi with soft music playing.

Additionally, breakfast was served til 10 AM which was great for my husband and I since we like to wake up later than most, and I also loved that checkout was at 12 pm. This allowed us to enjoy a slow morning on check out day. The staff was so pleasant, helpful, and kind. Thank you Will and Toni in the kitchen. You were both so attentive and all the food was constantly replenished. I have dietary restrictions and these two staff members were so kind in answering my many questions.

Karin at the front desk was also so kind and attentive and gave us everything we needed to make our stay a great one. We will be back. Very clean rooms at a reasonable price. I had no issues during my weeks stay and everyone at the front desk was nice when I did need something. I recommended that they start having the individually wrapped biscuits like most Choice Hotels are going to. Driving across country I paid alot of money for nasty hotel rooms.

This room was clean, the grounds were nice, the staff was kind and the rates were right. I actually wanted to sleep in because the bed was clean. Very accommodating with pets and grounds for them to be walked. Thank you so much.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was astounding. Again, every super clean and fresh smelling. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious as well.

They even have a gas fire pit out front where we sat and sipped a cocktail when we got back that night. This was simply one of my best first time stays at a new hotel. AC Hotel Asheville Downtown. It sits at the crossroads of the two major downtown streets.

We were walking distance to everything downtown. Our room was spacious and quiet. We heard sirens and a bit of outside noise but we never heard noise from neighbors even though the hotel seemed busy. Upon check-in we were offered a very useful list of nearby restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and lounge with spectacular views. We had wine, cocktails, and snacks, which were very good. Another thing that was notable about the hotel was the great housekeeping staff.

The staff greeted us when they saw us in the corridors and often asked us if we needed anything. There was also an easy option to leave the housekeeping tip via QR code.

Each and every person we experienced during our stay was committed to making our stay outstanding. When we arrived late we felt welcomed by each person on the staff at Homewood Suites.

My wife and I would like to personally thank you for the excellent service and going the extra mile to make sure our stay was a great one. The food was cold scrambled eggs that the server just brought in and the breakfast space area was extremely small.

We were sitting way to close to other tables. Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The usual squeaky clean rooms, wonderful indoor pool, quiet location, nice people, great breakfast. The location, however, is one of its strongest points. It is only slightly removed, and that is one of its strong points.

Convenient to Biltmore, it is also close to delightful eating places, though not walking distance. Consider Brookstone if you are headed for Asheville. Note, however, that it is at 4 Roberts Road. Almost forgot. Victoria, at the desk, was VERY helpful in giving us directions for our subsequent trip.

She deserves a bit of praise. Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park. The hotel is everything you would expect from a Hilton and more. The staff is helpful and accommodating. James greeted us with a warm smile at the front desk.

He made sure our requests were honored. Then Jim offered to help with our luggage. He overheard me request for more hangers. He took it upon himself to look in storage and was able too rustle up a few more for us. So nice to see two employees doing their best to make a customer happy. It makes for a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean. This is one of the quitest hotels I have stayed in. The location for us was perfect. We visited Biltmore, Chimney Rock and several other areas and we had no issues. The free breakfast was good, the area was kept clean. They have a back patio that was wondferful to sit out side with your breakfast, or we even brought dinner back several nights and ate there. Missed flight with all the anxiety and messiness. Looked for a place, near the airport, with a free shuttle. Relatively new place with very friendly and helpful staff. They were at the airport in 10 minutes and picked us up. The entire hotel is very clean and well kept, including regular and thorough cleaning of the common areas. Our room was over-sized and very comfortable.

The beds were great and sleep came easy. There was a small , well appointed kitchen with all appliances and dishes and up-dated bathroom. Considering Covid, even the continental breakfast was well done.

This is an average hotel. It was raining the day we had passes so didn’t enjoy the visit. Had it been a good day my coments may have been better. The inside of the mansion was as beautiful as I had remembered it. This is a really great place to visit but quite expensive. We visited during the pandemic, and unfortunately many attractions that were supposed to be included closed down early with no notice. It was very disappointing because we had planned to spend more time there.

It is a beautiful place. I think I would like to go back one day and get the whole experience. It is an amazing property. We did the Legacy of the Land tour and I did the Rooftop tour as well as the house tour. We also ate at the Stable Restaurant for lunch. A little pricey, but fun to do if you want the ambiance. We had a great 2n stay here, on what was our first visit to Asheville.

Primarily came to visit the Biltmore estate, and it was less than a mile from this hotel to the entrance! Room was nicely appointed, quiet ,very comfortable beds and pillows. Good offerings for breakfast. Would highly recommend this to anyone for the proximity to the estate. Breakfast selection was good. The quality was microwave style foods which didn’t taste very good, but to each its own. I appreciate the variety in the options they did have so there is something for several palettes.

The location was great, a stones throw from the Biltmore Estate and not too far from downtown Asheville very easy to get to. The room and hotel were clean, and had good sanitation measures in place to protect guests. We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was well appointed, roomy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very pricey, but, you could not beat the location to the Biltmore Village, Biltmore Estates, the Freeways, and the Blueridge Parkway. The location of the apartment home was great for the sites we visited.
