I love the French Broad River Campground because they are so close to the river and close to downtown Asheville so you can have fun at the river and with exploring Asheville.

The only hold back may be the size of your RV. The maximum length is 32 feet for one here and they do not offer 50 amps for electric. This campground is perfect for being so close to the river and the woods for outdoor activities. On-site you are able to access the river to go canoeing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, and tubing! As far as nearby, as I said earlier they are right next to downtown Asheville which makes exploring Asheville easier and all its attractions.

Another beautiful option for a riverside view is the Wilson Riverfront RV park. It is wonderful not only with its views but wonderful amenities and service.
