The only complaint I had was they did not give us the correct rooms upon checking in called down to the front desk and spoke with a man who advised we had a pull out couch and king bed and I booked a double queen room. I went down stairs and the lady corrected the issue. But who ever the older man is needs to learn good customer sevice. The amenities were as we had hoped for except we didn’t have a mini microwave in our room which we missed. But all in all it was a great stay and to make it even better getting to the Biltmore was so quick and easy. The Hampton Inns in Biltmore Village was the best choice we could have made. Loved it! Breakfast was just okay. I suppose we got spoiled at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg, because the choices of food were really limited.
